ARUM is an iconic armchair designed for a transversal use in a wide diversity of contexts. A unique armchair that stands out by its elegant curves, lightness and welcoming comfort. The embracing backrest is pleasant to the touch, flowing and ergonomic while the seat has a smooth shape as a river stone. The structure is made of steel and the seat and backrest are made of polypropylene. ARUM armchairs are available in a wide selection of colours that allow broad customization possibilities and facilitate its integration in diverse environments and spaces.
Archirivolto Design was founded in 1983 in the Italian province of Siena, thanks to the collaboration between the Italian designers Marco Pocci and Claudio Dondoli. Initially it was a small studio that dealt with architecture and interior design but thanks to the close relationship with the most dynamic industries of the local area, Archirivolto started its activity for the industrial design sector. Inspired by an authentic passion for the world of furniture and specially in the design of seats, Marco Pocci and Claudio Dondoli defined a precise identity to their studio with the mission to give life to projects in which creativity always pays attention to the market needs and the will of making design accessible to an ever-increasing number of people.
